• A new compose window will appear just below the original mail. Observe, the recipients e-mail address will automatically be there. Once you composed and reviewed your reply, click on the send button

    • ATTACHING A FILE

    E-mail provides the facility to attach files for high speed delivery to any corner of the world. Attaching a file to an e-mail is a convenient method to send important documents or files, which can be text, photographs, videos, music, and letters. To attach a file to an e-mail, follow these steps:

  • Click on Attach files icon present at the bottom of New message window.

  • The open dialog box appears

  • Browse through your computer to select the desired file and then click on the open button.

  • Here you will find the other options like insert link, insert emoji, insert files using Drive, insert photo, and Turn confidential mode on/off.

    • NOTE:
    Always remember, you cannot send executable files larger than 25MB as attachments.

    Sometimes, you may receive some e-mails in your inbox from unknowm sources. These e-mails are known as spam. Comprises of unwanted e-mail which is sent to a large number of people with the purpose of advertising, spreading virus or flooding the internet.
